What I Offer
I offer counselling sessions to individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own.
My approach is warm, honest, and non-judgmental. I believe it takes immense courage to be vulnerable, but authenticity and emotional openness are the foundation of meaningful and fulfilling relationships. In therapy, I strive to understand your experiences from your perspective. I offer support and gentleness while also helping you stay accountable to your goals.
I do not believe in telling clients what to do; instead, therapy is a collaborative process where you decide your goals, and I support you in navigating the challenges, patterns, and emotions that arise along the way.
